Today is my third day in Irvine. Departing from San Diego was bittersweet, more bitter than sweet. I realized all the things i was going to leave behind and i was a sad sad child. I think the moment leading up to college was more fun than actually going there. Move- day went smoothly. My parents took my roomate and I to buy food and then we all celebrated my mum's birthday that night by eating at a Korean place kind of like Tofu House. It was delicious! My paretns and i said our goodbyes and there was a fleeting moment when i wanted to go back home with them. But dont worry...it was fleeting. Anyways, yesterday was pretty uneventful because there were still people moving in. Jun and i visited Monica in Arroya Vista and then we met up with a whole bunch of wv peoples later to go to Cha (boba place). Seriously, wv ppl dominate uci's campus. So sad....oh well! Then at night we played icebreaking games in our dorm.
Today everyone woke up early and slept through the Dean's welcoming thing. There was a HUGE thing afterwards where all the clubs tried to recruit people; basically, club rush on steroids. Sororities shoved postercards into our hands and we were hailed by crazy dragon boaters and japanese archers....it was quite epic. Later more hanging out with westview kids and cracking dirty jokes...*sigh, we're so immature (:
blehhh im butt tired.

I heard Tanaka and Casas talking sometime last year about how UCI's turning into Northern Westview. I have to agree with them, from the sound of things, it totally is.
(: I'm glad that you're having fun at least! Don't eat too much! :P [Insert punishment for breaking pact here].
